Otto Tibbit was a member of the Nursery Crime Division. He had originally been posted there for three months experience, but ended up staying for six months, but didn't really mind because he quite liked it. He was the youngest member of the division. His name was a palindrome, something that he pointed out to Mary Mary.
He left the division at the end of The Big Over Easy, having stolen the goose that laid the golden eggs in order to keep it away from people who wanted to dissect it in order to find out how it laid golden eggs.
Family[]
Tibbit had a sister called Hannah, whose name was also a palindrome. Their father was very interested in palindromes and other types of wordplay. He spent much of his life campaigning for words that look like they're spelt wrong but aren't to be officially respelt, and on several similar projects.
