Brik Schitt-Hawse is the half-brother of Jack Schitt, and is just as devoted to Goliath Corporation. In Lost in a Good Book he had Thursday Next's husband Landen Parke-Laine eradicated, in order to manipulate Thursday into getting his brother out of the poem he was trapped in, The Raven.
He then went back on his word and didn't uneradicated Landen, and kept Thursday prisoner in Goliathopolis until Miss Havisham came and rescued her.
